Specializing in Porsche maintenance and restoration for 25 years. I began working under the Werks 11 (eleven) name in 2005. Specialty design and fabrication of NLA parts and Outlaw type parts are my focus while building one-off Porsches with either an OEM finish or Outlaw/Sport theme.
I have been taking my cars to Werks 11 for years and have found them be experts in their field and easy to deal with. They have replaced the engine on my 1974 - adapted for a 1984 eurosport engine and just completed an engine rebuild about 6 months ago. I would highly recommend them for any air cooled or water cooled porsche with no reservation.
Do not walk, RUN from this shop! Delayed indoc date, car delivered 4 months later on new date, car sits for a month. Shop gets caught not touching car, immediately blows it apart pulling engine and components not ever related to P&B workscope. Delays delays, double billing. They will bill you weekly, then not touch the car! Then tell you things are happening when they are not. Weekly pictures, HAH!! Yea right. Shop visits, its just sitting in the corner collecting dust. Techs and managers leaving left and right. This shop can not actually perform any mechanical maintenance above tires, brakes, suspension and lube. Filled with apprentices. If you go to Werks 11, be prepared to pull the car out on a flatbed and call the lawyers.... ask me how I know. If they were ever great, that day has long passed.
