I find them to be more professional and timely than the luxury car dealership service department I used to go to. The waiting room is comfortable and they will give you a ride if you choose. They have always gotten me out in less than an hour for routine maintenance, which has never happened at the dealership service department. Thankful to have another more convenient and trustworthy option.

Friend recommended Fifth Gear for the A service that was due on my Wife's E-Class Mercedes-Benz. I scheduled an appointment and chose to wait at their facility in Argyle. (They also have shuttle service for those choosing not to wait and a facility in Lewisville). Customer service was great and their shop was very clean and visible when you pulled up to park. The A service is exactly the same you would receive at your local Mercedes dealer but at a MUCH lower cost!!! I was only there about an hour and 25 minutes - caught up on some phone calls. Very happy I found out about Fifth Gear and highly recommend them.

It was professional like a Doctor office, but on time! The front desk was top notch and all pro. The tech was very professional, clean and listened to my requests to the letter. He explained everything in detail. I will be back. This is as good as Auto service gets ! I will be back.

They got me in and out in one full day. The guys were all very helpful and the issue with my car ended up being small so they wouldn't even charge me. I really appreciated their thorough inspection of the entire vehicle and I will definitely be back again.

Took my 1970 Ford Maverick 302 to get a wheel alignment after the front end suspension and steering was replaced. They took their time like it was their own car to correct some installation issues and got it in the green! Cleanest shop I have ever seen and they know what they are doing. Highly recommend!
