Buyer beware. I made a deal with this dealer on a Porsche Cayman GTS and after I gave a deposit and signed a buyers order, they then changed all kinds of aspects of the deal and most importantly they then decided to disclose that they did not have the books and extra key. I simply asked for them to supply compensation to cover the exact cost of the replacement key at my local dealer (I live in another state) and they completely refused. I said no problem just cancel the deal and they also refused and said they have no intention of refunding my $2,500 deposit. I have not cost this dealer anything and I simply do not understand how they can be so nasty... who in this day and age tells someone that simply wants to have the items that should be supplied or cancel that they cant cancel?

My experience at HBi auto has been phenomenal. They have worked on my Porsche Cayenne several times and it has always been a pleasant experience. They bent over backwards for me and were very willing to work with my schedule to accommodate my needs. They have even came to my work and picked up my car and it was returned to me before I left to go home that afternoon, talk about convenient! Also every time they have worked on my car it is always cleaned inside and out before it is returned to me. I have had them do everything from an oil change to powder coating my wheels and brake calipers. All of the staff at HBi Auto are always so friendly and took the time to explain the services they were doing without any surprises. I would highly recommend HBi Auto to any exotic car owner who is looking for a superior experience for their car.

I was interested in this car being sold on consignment by a classic car collector/dealer in Concord, and wanted a pre-purchase inspection. The dealers and most of the independent shops would only do a PPI if I brought the car to them, and the owner did not allow that. I found Billy Wenk of HBI Auto on Pcarshops.com and gave him a call. He had never done a "mobile" PPI, but was happy to work with me to get it done. The folks in Concord said they had never seen someone go over a car so thoroughly - removing every underbody panel, downloading the DME before and after test-driving the car, etc. - overall more than a 2 -hour process. Billy kept me in the loop the entire time, and gave me a detailed report with all the info I wanted. I was very pleased with our interaction - I just wish I lived closer to have him work on the car now that I've purchased it. I really appreciate his flexibility and can-do attitude.
