I took in my Cayman S because the TPMS sensors needed replacing and my water pump was leaking and causing the serpentie belt to get soaked and slip. I bought the car with a Max Care warranty so i knew that somenof the labor and parts would be covered. Jordan spoke with the warranty company and hammered out most of what would be covered, but I still had to call and get involved in the claim, which was unfortunate because there is always a he-said/she-said and getting everyone on the same page is difficult. Bottomline, though, the work was done when promised and the price was about what was quoted. The only issue was that the warranty company follows guidelines for labor hours on repairs and Tif's hours are actual, which could be considerably longer. In my case 6.5 hours vice 3.9 hours. Overall, good experience and im happy with the outcome but may reconsider whether I return for future service.
