    I first visited this shop several years ago with project scope of work for my 911 SC. Because I'm retired, Charlie helped me to prioritize the shopping list of items I wanted him to resolve. This worked out very well for me. I couldn't have done everything we did without his extraordinary knowledge and abundant sources. Charlie is always fair and straightforward with his recommendations and work. I have no complaints. None. People who might complain don't really want to own a Porsche much less one between 40 and 50 years old with so much deferred, non existent or inappropriate maintenance. I highly recommend Charlie and his My Nine Eleven Shop for all your Porsche needs. Thank.you.

    Having a lot of issues with the owner and the shop. Very misinformative, unprofessional, lack of follow up and communication. Failed 1st attempt of engine rebuilt and had to tear down again to the bottom engine. Shop keeps my car for 11 months now.

    My 996 was due for an oil change. Charlie noticed an oil leak at the rear of the engine and the clutch needed to be replaced. Charlie recommended that I upgrade my IMS bearing with an LN Engineering bearing. I went ahead with all these recommendations and my car has never driven so well! HIGHLY recommend this facility and technician!!
