Customer Service was great and kept me abreast of the status of "The Ghost" (yeah, its white!) and they made sure i was informed as to the manufacturers maintenance requirement, while not being pushy! Everything was done to my car to the specifications I wanted and happy as a clam! Makes it very hard to go to dealer and spend twice the money for high end coffee and snacks...LOL!

I've been taking my 993 to EIS for about 4 years now. They've always done great work and at reasonable prices.

I've had a few 911's over the past 15 years and I've run the gamut when it comes to mechanics. The folks at EIS are straight shooters... friendly and easy to deal with. So, this is now the only Porsche shop I use.

The only downside... they moved to Marietta and are almost 15 miles from me. But, it's worth the drive.
