After some serious thought, I decided to get some work done on my Porsche Cayenne earlier this year. I know for a fact that what I wanted was to unleash the Cayenne engine's growl and power with a performance exhaust system. Because I’m a perfectionist and I want the job done right the first time, I went to GI Automotive in Santa Monica to get a price quote first. Believe it or not, Amber gave me the best deal ever! So yes, I got the aftermarket exhaust system immediately for my Cayenne at GI Automotive. My expectations were met when I heard it make that extremely bold sound that matched the power of the Cayenne’s engine. That was 6 months ago and until now the sound quality remains as awesome as it was the moment I heard it when the engine was first revved up with the newly installed aftermarket exhaust system. It sounds so amazing and the polished tip greatly enhanced the look of my Porsche!GI Automotiveis simply the best auto repair shop and I highly recommend getting your Porsche performance parts from them!

A few months ago my Porsche Boxster needed some collision repair done after I got rear-ended by an SUV in downtown Los Angeles. I live in Santa Monica and I know there is one place to go to for Porsche auto repair. Hands down the best auto repair shop for Porsches is GI Automotive. I’ve been a loyal customer for years now and they’ve always taken good care of my Boxster. This time was no different, in fact, it is one of the best repainting jobs I’ve ever seen in my time! You could hardly tell that damage has even been made and their service is always personalized. They updated me with work progress and I truly appreciated that. I didn’t think they’d finish it so soon but they did get the job done in a very timely manner. GI Automotive Porsche specialists really know what they’re doing and I can’t emphasize enough how impeccable the paint job really is. They even managed to find some of the tiny scratches I noticed in the front bumper and buffed them out. If you got any Porsche problems, GI Automotive is your best bet! Two thumbs up!!!

I was having problems with my Porsche Panamera’s sunroof when it stopped working all of a sudden but I didn’t want to just get it fixed by a regular mechanic. Remembered hearing about how good the Porsche mechanics are over at GI Automotive in Santa Monica during a recent car show, so naturally I called them up. Met with Amber the very next day and believe it or not, they were able to fix my sunroof problem in no time. The replaced the switch and thoroughly checked the motors. I believe they also did some lubricating and reprogramming to get it working perfectlyagain. Great job, guys! It also just so happened that I visited them when my Porsche Panamera needed a general maintenance check so I had it done there, too. They are definitely what people are saying – GI Automotive is the best auto repair shop in Santa Monica especially when it comes to Porsches! I have scheduled my next maintenance check with them already and I’m happy to recommend them to anyone needing repair done on their Porsche.

I was convinced that I needed new brake pads for my Porsche 997 Carrera S after I felt it performing rather poorly. Then I stumbled upon a post in one of my social media sites about a same-day brake service offered by GI Automotive. We’ve just recently moved to Los Angeles and I was looking for Porsche specialists in the area. I spoke with Amber and she was tremendously helpful in getting me new brake pads that were fairly priced. I went to their shop and frankly speaking, I initially thought I was going to sell an arm and a leg for brake services! I’ve never been happy to be wrong! They examined the 997 and informed me that the front disks were badly warped so a replacement was necessary. Conveniently enough, GI Automotive is true to their promise of a same-day brake service and they did servicing with as little expense in time and cost as possible. Now I feel safe driving again! You’ll have to go check them out for yourself if you don’t believe me. But I am one happy customer just sharing my good experience with GI Automotive and hoping you’ll have the same! What else can I say? Great service and they did a really amazing job!
