  • I love that I finally found someone to work on my Porsche who didn't charge an arm and a leg. As a woman I appreciate that the mechanics took the time to explain things to me in a way I understood, without talking down to me. My husband who has a mechanic background is also very happy with them. They stand behind their work and are just wonderful.

When my 2007 Porsche Turbo sprung a coolant leak, I knew it was probably the infamous cooling lines. Without a second thought, I called for a tow and headed to Precision Motion. There is no better Porsche focused shop in Southern California. The team at PM completed a full engine out service on my car including welded cooling lines and updating all gaskets and O-rings. One week after the job, I Autocrossed the car and it performed flawlessly.

I had been to several service shops early in my vehicles life, but once I found Precision Motion I will always take it to them. They are knowledgeable, personable, fair and honest. They have serviced my Porsche for at least 10 years.

I recently purchased a used Porsche Carrera S with 132,000 miles and I brought it to Precision Motion for an inspection. I was worried that they would find something expensive wrong with the car. Thankfully, Mike did a thorough job and only reported one simple item that needs attention. I can always count on the PM team to "shoot straight."

Precision Motion is an outstanding shop. They are honest, reliable, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I was referred to them by a PCA member and have been very happy with the services they have performed for me. It is also a plus that they are active PCA members.

They have always done excellent repairs on my Porsche 911 and Boxster. The 30k, 60k, and 100k maintenance, always quality work in a timely manner or just in time for Track Weekend.

I've had my cars serviced by three generations of Kravigs since 1994, and I have kept coming back because I trust their work and their prices. What else is there to say?

I recently brought in my Porsche Boxster to Precision Motion for a possible clutch repair. I asked them to look at the IMS bearing since the Boxster's are prone to have this bearing fail. Don, the owner, recommended that they look at the front motor mount and the rear main seal if the clutch needed replacement. A friend of my told me that Precision Motion were honest and fair priced so I agreed to their recommendations. The results of my repair was above expectations. The clutch did need replacement, the IMS bearing had already been upgraded by the dealer. The rear main seal and front motor mount required replacement. Now with all of that said the repair was less than estimated and the quality and timeliness of the work was excellent. I looked at all of the removed parts and agreed that they needed to be repaired. I will return and would highly recommend Don and Precision Motion for your repair.

Precision Motion just completed the 30K service on my 997 Carrera S Cabriolet. I had my service done at the dealer until now. A friend recommended Precision Motion, saying that these guys are true Porsche experts who work on these cars out of love for the cars. The work was done quickly, Don explained everything that was done to my car and upcoming maintenance to expect. Their price was very reasonable (about a third of what the dealer told me to expect). I will return in the future. Thanks Precision Motion!
