    Came up to Truckee for the 4th and my 1983 Porsche overheated and then had very low power. Took it to German Import Garage thinking I blew the engine and expecting a huge bill. Troy called me after diagnostics and said I needed a new engine thermostat and the overheated engine had melted catalytic converter which caused the loss of power. Got a $3000 estimate. Picked up my car yesterday and they said it did not take as long to fix and the charge was only $2200.
