This is my first review. I never felt a reason to write one until now.

I have owned my Porsche for 4 years. Finally I am finished with the dealer and I had to go through the task of finding a shop to maintain my car. The phone calls. That was just the beginning. Try to speak with a live person let alone try to have a place call you back.

German Auto Kraft was the first place not only call me back but quote me a decent price for my service. Now I bring in my car. They actually make eye contact with me, smile and go over the past history of my car.

I was called later in the morning to go over my brakes. They gave me a quote and the young women told me to go to their web site and get an additional discount. Now I must say, that was a first.

Love, love, love this shop. I will refer them to everyone I know, They also repair BMW's, Mercedes and Audi's. This place is fabulous!

I took a 2002 '996 for Pre Purchase Inspection to German AutoKraft since it was close to my office. The shop is very clean and the office manager was very friendly and expalined the process exactly. They had a couple of other porsche's in the shop while I was there and a lot of newish Mercedes and a few other German cars. My inspection was done in one morning as promised at a reasonable price - and worth it for the peace of mind. They noted a couple of minor issues that I had not see myself or the previous owner had not pointed out. Would have been better to get a more comprehensive inspection checksheet versus just note of the issues. I spoke to the owner about the cost of repairing the few problems found and they were knowlegeable, had parts in stock for common issues (like broken indicator switch) and I would probably take my car there for service.
