A few weeks I had taken my car to a tire place for an oil change and tire rotation. They (the other place) told me I needed an inspection and that my car would not pass unless I had my brakes done. They estimated over $300. Based on the reviews here, I took my car to Elite to have the brakes done( They estimated $265). They could have done them and I'd have been the wiser, but they called me and asked who had told me I needed brakes. They said mine were fine. They tightened a couple of things and took the car for inspection. The whole thing cost $59 (including the inspection) They even drove me home and picked me up. I'll surely use these guys again (and NOT the tire place).

I called for a question on getting a car inspected in a case where the registration had expired. The person who answered the phone was friendly and spent 10 minutes giving me the answers on what I should do and how to get the registration quickly. He showed me that they are really comitted to customer service and we will become a customer. I am very impressed.
