My dentist referred my father to this business to get an estimate for a car that was recently damaged in a car accident. The owner, Rick Furgeson, offered to pick up the car and prepare an estimate for FREE because he is my dentist's friend. He picked up the car from a local car repair shop on 10/26/2009 and held the car until 11/24/2009 just give an ESTIMATE. In addition, the car was kept outside with window down, even when it rained! My dad went to pick up the car today because he was tired of waiting. Rick, the owner, became verbally abusive and offensive and refused to hand over the car because he was upset by the fact that my dad was angry with the condition of the car. The owner even called my 17-year-old sister a bitch, a c***, a slut, a stupid person, and much more. I personally had to take time off from work to drive to my father's house and bring the title to show the police offer on the scene in order to get the car out. The owner called me every horrible name in the book. I had to ask him to stop and get out of my face. We finally got the car out after being forced to pay a $520 "storage fee" in CASH ONLY, which we never agreed to. This place is a nightmare. DO NOT take your car there. I have used Rick's European for collosion repair of my Porsche 356A in the early 1980's and for the purchase of Mercedes Parts during the 1990's. I have always been treated fairly by them.
