In 2009, I had a major engine problem with my 2003 Porsche Carrera which came on unexpectedly and without warning. The Porsche dealer told me I would have to replace the engine at a cost of $20 thousand. I took the car to Kenny, owner of german car specialists, Accutrak and Auto Werkstatt, both in Manhattan Beach, CA. Kenny and his team took time to thoroughly check out my porsche and address the problem areas, particularly a cylinder head. Bottomline for me, the car was repaired and running well for $6 thousand versus the dealer's solution of replacing my engine with a rebuilt at a cost of $20 thousand.
